Once you purchase a Wyview home, a member of our décor team will be in contact with you to schedule an appointment to meet with us to select your standard and upgrade features and finishes to personalize your new home.
Each appointment can take anywhere from 2-3 hours during regular business days. This process may be split into two parts: Structural and Décor, depending on your home type. If you purchased a freehold home, you will be contacted for structural appointment.
Prior to your occupancy date, our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Specialist will reach out to you to schedule an appointment for a walk through with you in your new home. This is the first opportunity to view your home to inspect and identify any damaged, incomplete or missing items, as well as ask our team any questions. It is Wyview’s goal to complete all the deficiencies identified on your PDI report prior to turning over the keys to you.
Your new home is covered under statutory warranty through Tarion Warranty Cor- poration for seven years. You have the opportunity to review and report the issues of your home by submitting TARION 30-Day Form, 1-Year End Form and 2-Year End Form through My Home Page on Tarion website.
For the warranty to be applicable, you must have the deficiency reported through the Tarion Forms. Your warranty coverage with Wyview and Tarion begins on the date of possession listed on your Certificate of Completion and Possession from Tarion.
